How to Use Quick Actions to Save Time in CloudCockpit
Actions on the Subscription Level
On the Subscriptions list page it's possible to access quick actions for each subscription:
- Upgrade
- Suspend
- Sync
- Cancel
Upgrade
This action presents all eligible upgrade options, considering the original subscription.
Suspend
You can suspend a subscription, ensuring that you, as the partner, continue to pay Microsoft while your customer is not billed.
Sync
Performs an immediate synchronization between the subscription and the Partner Center, useful if you prefer not to wait for the scheduled syncs from CloudCockpit.
Cancel
For NCE subscriptions, cancellation is only allowed within the first 7 days. It's also a useful way to track when this period ends, as the dialogue window before the actual cancellation will provide information on how much time remains.
Migrate
This action is exclusive for Legacy subscriptions, and it offers eligible migration options to choose from.
