Assign subscriptions to User
When you already have a user created in CloudCockpit, you still need a consistent way to grant them the right Microsoft licenses without hunting through multiple menus.
This flow standardizes license assignment for CSPs/Resellers and Customers, so updates are applied quickly and auditable through the UI.
This flow standardizes license assignment for CSPs/Resellers and Customers, so updates are applied quickly and auditable through the UI.
Follow these steps to assign licenses to an existing user:
1. If you are a CSP or Reseller, go to the Customers page. If you are a Customer, go to the Company page and skip to step 3.
2. Locate the customer in the list and click the customer’s name.
3. Go to the Users tab.
4. Find the user you want to assign the license to in the list.
5. Next to the user’s name, click Actions and choose Licenses.
6. Select the licenses you want to assign to this user.
7. Click Update to save the changes.
