Cancelling Subscriptions in CloudCockpit

Cancel Subscriptions

CloudCockpit offers two options for canceling a subscription: you can either cancel all licenses within one subscription at once or reduce the number of seats to accommodate your customer's needs.

 Cancel All in Once

Navigate to the customer area, access the subscription tab, select the subscription you wish to cancel, then go to options and choose "Cancel."

Cancel/Reduce the number of licenses

If you need to remove licenses associated with a subscription, you can click on the subscription and reduce the quantity (if still possible) through an update. Alternatively, you can schedule this reduction at the time of renewal.
