Follow these steps to create a new subscription for a customer in CloudCockpit.
1. Start a new subscription
If you are logged in as CSP or Reseller:
- Navigate to Customers.
- Select the customer from the list by clicking the company name.
- Open the Subscriptions tab.
- Click New Subscription.
If you are logged in as Customer:
- Navigate to Subscriptions.
- Click New Subscription.
2. Select an offer
After clicking New subscription, the offers list will be displayed.

Use the search bar or filters to find the offer.

Click Buy Now to open the subscription configuration page.
Once you’ve selected an offer, configure the subscription details before completing the purchase:
- Subscription Name
- Term
- Billing Frequency
- Quantity
- View subscription end-dates (Coterminosity): To align this subscription’s end date with another existing subscription.
- Align subscription end-date with calendar month
- Auto-renew
- Set custom price margin (CSP and Reseller only)
- Associated reseller (CSP only)
- Subscription Internal ID: CSPs, Resellers, and Customers can each define their own Internal ID for the same subscription.
- PO Number
4. Review and submit order
On the right-hand panel, review the detailed subscription Summary.
Confirm all details are correct before clicking Submit Order to complete the purchase.
