Deleting a Customer from CloudCockpit

Delete Customer

Deleting a Customer from CloudCockpit terminates the relationship between the Customer and the CSP (Indirect Provider). Making it so the Customer no longer appears listed on CloudCockpit and Microsoft Partner Center.
  1. Only the CSP can delete Customers from CloudCockpit. This functionality is not available to Resellers and Customers.
  1. Customer is removed from the whole CSP tenant. It's not possible to remove a customer for a specific reseller only.

1. Cancel Subscriptions

On the top navigation menu, click on Customers to access a page listing all Customers.
Find the Customer you want to delete and click on their name to access the account.

Go to the Customer's Subscriptions section.
Cancel/Suspend all subscriptions associated with this Customer.

2. Remove Relationship

Go to the Customer's Account section.
Click on Remove Relationship, to end the Customer's Microsoft relationship with your CSP tenant.

It may take a few minutes for this change to reflect on Microsoft's side.
This action does not generate a notice to the Customer.

3. Delete Customer

Return to the main Customers page and find the Customer again.
Select Actions > Delete
A confirmation message will appear upon successful removal and the customer will disappear from the listing.
