Trials Subscriptions

In the New Commerce Experience, specific seat-based offers come with free trials. These trials provide access to 25 licenses for a duration of 30 days.

If auto-renewal is left on for a Trial subscription, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription after the 30-day period.
This conversion acts like a new subscription, and within the first 168 hours (7 days), you may reduce the number of licenses or cancel the entire subscription.
Be mindful of this when managing your trial subscriptions.

To ensure that unwanted conversions from trial to paid subscriptions do not happen, the Auto-renew option is disabled by default when creating trial subscriptions.





It's also possible to disable the auto-renewal before the end of the trial period by:
  1. Clicking on the subscription name to access its details
  2. Deselect the Auto-renew option
  3. Click Update Subscription
