Upcoming Subscription Renewals

In Reporting > Upcoming renewals you can view and manage subscriptions that are approaching their renewal date.
This page helps you avoid surprises and adjust renewal settings in advance.


Filters

Use filters to narrow the list of subscriptions displayed:

Expiration date
Select a timeframe for upcoming renewals (for example, Within 60 days).

Renewal status
Filter by renewal configuration:
  1. All
  1. Renewing
  1. Not renewing

Term
Filter subscriptions by their current term.

Customer
Show subscriptions belonging to a specific customer.

Reseller
Filter subscriptions by reseller.

Subscription List Columns

Each row in the list represents a subscription and displays the following information:

Subscription name
Name of the subscription.

Customer
Customer company associated with the subscription.

Reseller
Reseller responsible for the subscription.

Renewal status
Displays the auto-renewal status together with the renewal or expiration date.

Days left
Number of days remaining until the subscription expires.

Term
Current term length and the configured renewal term.

Billing frequency
Current billing cycle and the billing frequency that will apply at renewal.

Quantity
Displays:
  1. Assigned licenses
  1. Purchased licenses
  1. Quantity configured for renewal

Export subscriptions

Click Export in the top-right corner to download the filtered subscription list.
Exports can be used for reporting, financial planning, or internal tracking.


Editing renewal settings

To change the renewal configuration for a subscription:
  1. Locate the subscription in the list.
  2. Click the Edit icon next to the subscription.



The Edit renewal settings panel will open.




The following settings can be modified:

Auto-renew
Enable or disable automatic renewal for the subscription.

Renewal offer
Select the offer that will be applied when the subscription renews.

Renewal term
Choose the duration of the renewed subscription (for example Annual or Monthly).

Renewal billing frequency
Select the billing cycle that will apply after renewal.

Renewal quantity
Set the number of licenses that will renew.
This allows you to:
  1. Reduce unused licenses
  1. Increase license quantity to support growth
  1. Align purchased licenses with assigned licenses


End-date alignment

You can optionally adjust the renewal end date.
Available options include:

Set a specific end date
Manually define the renewal end date.

Align with calendar month
Adjust the end date so the subscription renews at the end of a calendar month.

You can also view all subscription end dates by selecting View subscription end-dates.




Pricing overview

The panel displays an estimated cost preview for the renewal, including:
  1. Current annual price
  2. Estimated renewal price
  3. Total price change (increase or decrease)
These values are estimates based on the current provider pricing and may change before renewal.
Use this preview to understand the financial impact before confirming changes.




Save changes

Click Update renewal to apply the new renewal settings.
