Upcoming subscription renewals
Overview
Go to Reporting > Upcoming renewals to view and manage all subscriptions that are approaching their renewal date.
On this page you can:
- Review subscriptions regularly to avoid unintended renewals or cancellations.
- Make sure the correct renewal option (Renew, EST, or Cancel) is selected before the term ends.
- Use filters to quickly identify all subscriptions that require action.
Filters
Use filters to narrow down the list of subscriptions displayed:
- Expiration date: Select a timeframe for upcoming renewals listed (7, 30, 60 or 90 days).
- Renewal status: Filter by renewal configuration (All/Auto-renews/Renews to EST/Does not renew).
- Term: Filter subscriptions by their current term.
- Customer: Show subscriptions for a specific customer.
- Reseller: Filter subscriptions by reseller.
Subscription List Columns
Each row in the list represents a subscription and displays the following information:
- Subscription: Name of the subscription.
- Customer: Customer associated with the subscription.
- Renewal status: Displays the configured renewal behavior and the renewal or expiration date.
- Days left: Number of days remaining until the subscription expires.
- Term: Current term and configured renewal term.
- Billing frequency: Current billing cycle and the billing frequency after renewal.
- Assigned/Purchased: Assigned licenses, purchased licences and renewal quantity.
View additional subscription details
Click the arrow next to the subscription name to expand additional details:
- Subscription Internal ID
- Provider offer ID
- Provider customer ID
- Provider reseller ID
- Reseller
- Internal reseller ID
Export subscriptions report
Click Export in the top-right corner to download a report of the filtered subscription list.
Edit renewal settings
To change the renewal configuration for a subscription:
- Locate the subscription in the list.
- Click the
edit icon to open the Edit renewal settings panel.
Select what happens to the subscription at the end of the current term.
For standard subscriptions (not in EST):
- Renew subscription: Renews normally.
- Renews to extended service term (EST): Transitions to monthly EST billing (see Extended service terms (EST)).
- Do not renew: Cancels at end of current month.
For subscriptions already in EST:
- Stay in EST: Continue monthly billing at EST rate (see Extended service terms (EST)).
- Convert to a standard subscription: When the current EST monthly period ends, transition to a standard subscription (not EST).
- Do not renew at EST term end: Subscription ends at expiration of the current EST monthly period.
If a subscription is already in EST, changing renewal settings will only take effect after the current EST monthly term ends.
Edit full subscription details
Click the subscription name to access all settings and information:
- Renewal settings
- Set custom price margin
- Associated reseller
- Internal Identifier
- PO number
- Summary with full pricing breakdown and predicted renewal prices
- Actions: Upgrade, Suspend, Sync, Cancel
