Updating CloudCockpit Control Panel Vendor App

This operation should only be performed when requested by CloudCockpit support. 
Updating the CloudCockpit Control Panel Vendor application, ensures it works with the latest configurations and permissions. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps required to perform this update.
Before proceeding confirm you have the user credentials with Global Admin permissions to your Microsoft tenant.
Once CloudCockpit - Control Panel Vendor is removed it will not be possible to perform operations on CloudCockpit portal, until the process is completed.


1. Delete Old Application

  1. Access Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) using your CSP tenant's credentials.
  2. Navigate to Identity > Applications > Enterprise applications.
  3. Search for CloudCockpit - Control Panel Vendor in the list of enterprise applications.



  1. Click on the app name.
  2. Go to Properties and delete CloudCockpit - Control Panel Vendor.




  1. Log in to CloudCockpit with a CSP user.
  2. Go to Administration > Catalogue > Providers.


  1. Click on Consent.



  1. A Microsoft login page will appear: Log in using the credentials of a user with Global Admin privileges.
